Bradin's Baby

Ever since I have started talking about the baby in my tummy, Bradin has insisted that he has one to.  When I speak about his baby sister in my tummy, he always lovingly taps his tummy and says, "and my baby sister in here."  At random times he will tell me what his baby sister likes to eat. He will tap his tummy and say, "My baby sister likes to eat carrots" or "My baby sister likes candy."  When I shop for any baby clothes he asks if it is for my baby or his. As much as his brothers have tried to convince him otherwise (even Austin) he truly believes he has a sister in his tummy, and when mine comes out, his will to and they will share the pink room.

Good Deal?

Last night we were getting ready to run to the grocery store.  Matt sent the boys out into the garage to get into their car seats.  A few minutes later, Bradin came back in the door and said, "Mom, I don't want to have fun with everyone, I want to run away."  I didn't think I heard my 2 year old right so I asked him what he just said.  He repeated it word for word.  I thought that was a silly thing for him to say and wondered where he would have gotten that idea.  I took him out to the van myself and while I was buckling him in, I told Matt what he had said.  Then, Bradin looked at me and with a very innocent look said, "Is that a good deal Mom?"
